- 01Is the event free to attend?
Yes! Cars & Caffeine is free for spectators. Bring your family, meet fellow enthusiasts, enjoy the vehicles, entertainment, food and community atmosphere.
- 02Do I need to register my vehicle?
Yes. All display vehicles must be registered in advance. Spaces are limited and registration closes once all available spaces are filled.
- 03What types of vehicles can be displayed?
We welcome all makes and models including:
- Classic cars
- Modern performance cars
- Supercars & exotics
- Muscle cars
- European & Japanese imports
- Trucks & Jeeps
- Motorcycles
- Custom and modified vehicles

- 04Can I register on the day?
Unfortunately not. Vehicle registration closes 2 weeks before the event to allow us to plan vehicle placement and traffic management.
- 05Is there a registration fee?
Yes. Vehicle registration fees go directly to our chosen charity. This year our charity is Inclusion Cayman
- 06Where do spectators park?
Free public parking is available throughout George Town. We recommend arriving early as parking fills quickly.
- 07Can I leave with my vehicle before the event ends?
For everyone’s safety, display vehicles are generally expected to remain in place until the official closing time unless directed otherwise by event staff.
- 08Can I touch the vehicles?
Please admire the vehicles without touching them unless the owner has invited you to do so.
- 09Is the event suitable for children?
Absolutely! Cars & Caffeine is designed to be a family-friendly community event with something for all ages.
- 10Are pets allowed?
Well-behaved pets on a leash are welcome. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
- 11Will there be food and drinks?
Yes! We’ll have a fantastic selection of local food vendors, coffee, cold drinks and sweet treats available throughout the evening.
- 12Is the event held if it rains?
Yes. The event will generally proceed unless severe weather creates a safety concern. Any updates will be posted on our social media channels.
- 13Can businesses become sponsors?
